I saw that you can insert Mega videos, but when I import them here on LL, I get this message

How to fix it?

There are no restrictions, it does not contain nudity, it is 18 seconds long, and it is 3 MB in size.

Make sure you're posting JUST the embed URL and not the entire code.

 

For example:
