How to mass swap genitals

Do you mean swapping between different types of genitals (i.e. penis and vagina) or between different kinds of the same type (e.g. different penis models)?

The latter is possible with the WW Body Selector, which lets you chosse between changing the currently active Sim, all Sims with the same gender settings as the currently active one, or a random selection of Sims with the same gender settings as the current one (you've probably seen these options already, I'm just pointing them out for sake of completeness).

The former is, at least to my knowledge, unfortunately not possible with any mod. It should be doable in theory, but since I'm no mod author, I can't say if it's maybe too difficult to implement. What you can use, however, is a debug interaction (shift-click on a Sim to bring up the debug menu, WW should enable those by default) that comes with Nisa's Wicked Perversions and allows you to quickly change a single Sim's genitals. I don't know where exactly it's located off the top of my head, but IIRC, there should be a WP debug category.
