I don't mean to necromance this old topic of mine, but I just realized what the real big issue was behind all the CTD's. It was Savegame Bloat. The save file that was giving me the most crashes happened to be one of my oldest characters, and countless mods had been installed and removed from that particular file. So between old mod bits left behind, and outdated mods, all I had to do to fix it all was update some old mods and make a new save game. That being said, other members having similar issues should give this a shot.
