Khlas Male Interactions adds big dick gameplay, show itoff, workout naked, send dick picks, there's even a hidden aspiration, traits, special training animations for your partners to suck it. If you max out fitness, there's a really hot muscle flexxing animation I love, and sims will react to it. 

Neither of those boosts fame/infamy nor do they draw a crowd like the interactions in this mod can. It can be an alternate means of having a celebrity gain fame while tanking their reputation.

Bare Bare 2.15.0 conflicts with KMI 1.9.1 and WickedWhims.   the v2.14.0 is ok
