Darkest Dungeon II Mod Support Updated for Skins

I don't know if this forum is strictly for the the first game only or also for the second game, but a few days ago, Red Hook added modding support for skins. I don't know how comprehensive the support is though.

Has Red Hook released all the modding tools for the game yet? I heard a few people say they've only released half of the tools and are saving the other half for... I don't know what. The game's modding scene is severely lacking compared to DD1. Mostly because 3D models are harder to make than 2D sprites. It's a shame because I like DD2. Full access to all the modding tools won't make 1000 mods appear overnight, but it will help quite a bit.
