Black screen lock up help

I'm running SAE 1.6.1170, all modding is up to date mods, "Toys" and a number of their add-on's, SL Framework, Flower Girls, MO2, SASE (of course), 530 mods in all, 192 plugin slots currently being used, 128 Gb of RAM, GeForce 4080 Ti 16 Gb video card, i9 12800 CPU.

 

I was having some of the best game-play I ever experienced so far in my modding of this game, hours of glitch free playing. Then my female 3BA character, Blaze, headed for Falkreath on the northern coastal road. As she passed Lakeveiw and met the hunter on the road (after killing the wolves), the game locks up and goes directly to a black screen and freezes right there. I have to restart my machine to get it running again. This kind of crash event DOES NOT produce an error log report in any way, anywhere in my computer, I've looked extensively. This crashing event is persistent, it happens EVERY time. I cannot make any further progress because of this, it's pretty much a game breaker as far as my MO2 build goes.

 

Has anyone else gotten this kind of crash event, the "black screen lock up"?
