Getting NPC to stop changing the channel on a TV that is Always On.

I have a giant TV outside of my strip club that I have the MizoreYukii TurnOnTV mod to let it play a singular video on a loop essentially like a large billboard. 

The problem is that when other sims enter the lot they are constantly changing the TV channel. Is there a way to disable the autonomy of an individual objects for every sims in a world? 

There is another mod called NoChangingTVChannelWhenItsInUse but when I install this mod it crashes my game. I have to assume that it conflicts with the AlwaysOnMod. 

Any thoughts on a workaround?

Well, looks like there's also a "don't change the channel" mod by MizoreYukii, which should not cause any conflicts / crashes since it's maintained by the same author.

As an alternative, the CinErotique mod has "always on" TVs that can only play a single channel (different swatches = different channels). Depending on what kind of video billboard you're looking for, you might want to check them out as well.
