One annoying thing in the MTF transition;

 

Your army resets. All your army units reset to the default, which is extremely annoying if you spent a bunch of gold building them up and have any special units. 

 

Now if this is hard-coded then perhaps we could have en event where the old army becomes a special troop that stands down on proper succession, or we can get a pot of gold as a "reward for our ascension" so we can quickly rebuild our armies?

 

Because when I had the reset I immediately had claim throne factions form with massive armies I couldn't compete with.

As several people have already said above, the properties are simply too overpowered, giving too much. Due to the broken balance, the interest decreases. It is also strange to often see neutered futanari. I was blown away when I saw the castrated Hermilia from Phaze Futanari mod. And otherwise, the mod is good. As someone else wrote, it would be interesting to see the mirror side with BWC and the Queens of Hearts.

idk if I've just missed something in the game rules but is it normal that my none of my sons are getting the bbc trait? I have trait seeding turned on and very common bbc turned on in the rules. Is this intended or am i missing something?

 I really love this mod. The transformation mechanic is very interesting. Perhaps you could add some other transformation methods or events, grant female characters similar transformation abilities, and include some rarer forms of confrontation and resistance to make the gameplay more enjoyable. All in all, this is an excellent mod, and it would be even better if there were more events and mechanics!
 

Additionally, I have some feedback. While the mod is fun, the game can only run smoothly until around the year 900; after that, it suffers from severe lag. This is especially noticeable when the option "Allow anyone to invite pure black population" is enabled—after 930, the game speed is even slower than the lowest speed set at the beginning.
 

I don’t know much about programming, but the lag seems to be caused by population and caravan-related events. When "Allow anyone to invite pure black population" is disabled, the lag is not severe. However, when this option is enabled, the lag becomes extremely serious, accompanied by caravan camps scattered all over the map. Furthermore, conquering these territories will regularly trigger a large number of "Caravan Arrival" pop-up events.
I hope you can attach importance to this performance issue, as it will greatly reduce players' willingness to play. I sincerely hope such an interesting mod can receive continuous updates.

As BBCs can transform their sluts, it should only logical that male halfbreed BBCs would be given event that could make then fully african (for immersion purpouse and mechanical one - after some time it is hard to obtaing for court or as husband/stud purebred african (influx on mixed race BBCs in you coutr afret some years trully prevent Invite BBC decision)

Secondly it would be awesome if daughter getting Pure White treatment wouldn't be barred only for ruler having such option - i would be awsome if courtiers having Liege that have Black Supremacist chaplain could also benefit from such interacion (epecialy Family/Dynastu members that hangs around in your court - i may be alone or in minority but i tend to keep my daughters/sons and sisters close in court and their childers dont benefit unfortunatelly.

 

Also Court Chaplain is so plain religious councilor title - maybe some much more salacious?

I have found a bug for you. On the last MtF event (bno_femboi.0022) just as your getting the "bno_mtf_effect".

 

If you are the top liege your fine and everything happens as expected.

If you are NOT the top liege you get this crash/CTD. (At least as a Eastern Roman Empire Duke/Count/etc. I did not test it as feudal vassal.)

I think I must be an idiot because the mod just doesn't work correctly. All I see is a green body, and I think Phaze Body breaks completely because it doesn't change the body anymore. If I disable this one everything works correctly
