SL Defeat, by Bakafactory Issue. Enemies attack me till dead.

Hello there I got a small issue regarding Bakafactory's Defeat mod, whenever even if surrendering, making my character Essential. I still get kicked my ass into combat and when surrendering it is initialized, the NPC brags about doing stuff with me but then I get attacked until murdered.

 

How can I fix that?

1) enable the death on bleed out protection in defeat's settings. 

 

2) Since even then, death still occurs sometimes. For that, I'd suggest what I do to stop annoying premature death, and enable immortal mode (TIM from console) upon loading you game (make sure to pay attention to the state it's left in after issuing command, as its a toggle command, not a 'set' command).

 

TIM won't boost your specs, for instance like god mode does (TGM),  it just ensures that in all but the most extremely extreme of circumstance, you cannot be outright killed. (Even that isn't immune, but it makes the incidence very very very rare ime... I think I've still died on occasion when being Draghur shouted at)
