Leg Glitch or Broken Mod

Can someone explain to me what this is, it's either glitch or a broken mod that's causing this.

My first guess would be bad clothing CC, since it looks similar to the issue of disappering body parts when taking off CC clothes in CAS. But it's a bit hard to say something definitive from just one screenshot.

Does this also happen when this Sim wears other clothes (especially vanilla stuff, i.e. non-CC)? Or when sitting down / otherwise interacting with other pieces of furniture?

If you can narrow it down a bit like that, it should be pretty easy to tell whether it's the clothes, the furniture, something about that particular Sim, or a more general issue. Just try a couple of different combinations (Sims, clothes, furniture) and see what happens.

It Happens when their in other clothes as well.
