• Each action takes time, so plan your morning, or just wing it like a hot mess

• Skill levels affect how long things take (harder looks = longer routines)

📦 How to Install

1. Download the Morning Makeover.xcl file

2. Add it using “Add mods” in the mod loader — do not extract it

3. Press “Load mods” and wait for it to finish

4. Launch the game from the modded folder if it doesn’t auto-start

• Fixed an issue where you could masturbate with Alexia's panties while you were female

Same. Been trying to figure it out for three days. Now this is the only mod in my LO. Before I leave for work I change into an office outfit, and when I get to work I'm back in boy clothes. Every. Single. Time. 

I had some other mod earlier that was causing your problem. This is the first time trying only this mod, and I still have the problem. So either its a base game thing, or its this mod.

The main problem I have with the dirty clothes thing is that there's no content (afaik) connected to washing it. I'll probably turn it off for now, for that reason. It's just busy work.

 

I am wondering about meeting stepdad in his room, however? There's that encounter when you use his shower because Alexia is in yours, he tells you to meet him in room later, but then nothing? Am I missing something there?

 

Otherwise I quite like the mod, but I hope there's plans to expand it's content? More interactions with the family, I mean. I'd like to be to do things that would annoy them, especially, as everything I've found seems to be either neutral or improve friendship.

There is a small scene associated with doing laundry, but only if you do laundry as a guy. Hint: it involves Alexia's panties.

Got the same issue since updating to 0.22, 0.21.7 was working fine

 

Morning Makeover is most likely not the issue.

If you are jumping from night to night, make sure you have the correct mod version for your game version. That's what happens when you use the latest mod version (for 0.22) with the older 0.21 game

More likely that the custom characters need updating.

Think there is some issues triggering the shower scenes. Or they are just really rare? I triggered the 1st part of Alexia's route using "Do chores" rather than morning routine and got the 1 time bj. But not had the offer for shower bj deal, not got around to trying the purple stuff yet but imagine its the same? Had a quick look in Vis Studio, think there is a missing 

check stepsis shower event maybe (I'm a noob).

I’m having similar morning issues. Except if I select do chores, when I finish I just get a blank screen. All I can do is go to “plan” then saved games and reload to the planning phase. IF Alexa is in the shower “do chores” switches to “morning routine” style and I’m able to leave and go to the gym even though I selected “do chores.” That is the only way I can get out of the house tho. If she is anywhere else I’m stuck. So I’m unable to do any of the “Alexa morning achievements” such as panty raider, or the taste of her own medicine, etc.

With this mod, you shouldn't ever be selecting "Do chores". This mod removes that option. If other mods add it back, then that's a conflict issue.  By default, you should be selecting morning routine, and then doing the chores manually if you are doing them.

The "Morning Chores" option can reappear if you use this mod and "Read a Book [Update]" together - that's when you run into the "Finish" chores leading to a blank screen. At least, that's what made it happen for me.

If you select Morning Routine instead, do all the chores, and make sure to click the "Go to XX" on the right-hand bar instead of "Finish" at the end of the chores, you should still be able to progress okay as a workaround.

Suggestion: would it be possible to be able to have a 'Clothes' option during morning activities like you get in the mall, bar etc to be able to choose a specific outfit for that time slot?

When you do chores you'd rather have an outfit with the chores bonus trait (and roleplay aspect), but you often want something else if you don't do chores. The 'wardrobe' button only lets you organize things, but not pick an outfit to wear for that time slot, so the only way to be sure to pick either chores or non-chores outfits is to flag and unflag the loungewear button on all your loungewear outfits, which is obviously a hassle.

That’s good to know I’ll hunt down which mod is adding it back in. However doing morning routine I never have the option to look through Alexa’s drawers and most of the “non-purple” related content just never procs. Hopefully finding the mod adding the chore button back in will fix that, bc while doing chores I can get everything to happen normally, just can’t leave the house…. Ever lol. 
 

EDIT: I removed most of my mods and discovered Dredding Intimacy was adding the “chores button. However, there is still no option to look through Alexa’s drawers in her room as male or female. So I do believe there is an issue that needs corrected with the Morning Makeover mod itself. Thank you for letting me know about the issue with the chores button tho lol. For now I’ll prolly just remove MM, get the 2-3 achievements I need, and then put it back. I need my makeup more than I need fetish outfits that double for other slots lol.

Honestly the outfit system is such a hassle to try to do anything with coding-wise. Are you saying that the wardrobe button (in your bedroom during the morning) doesn't allow you to change your current outfit? I'm elbow deep into another project atm so I haven't gotten around to looking at this one for a bit.

That's what I'm saying, yes, and it's basically a vanilla thing. At night you can have a 'Clothes' button in your bedroom that has a 'Wear Now' button in it when you select an outfit, but in the mornings the 'Wardrobe' doesn't have that. 

So I was wondering if you could sneak in a 'Clothes' button in there somewhere in the mornings, but of course if it's a hassle, then I completely understand. It's probably something that should be altered in vanilla anyway.

Honestly I had no idea, that's good to know. I'm going to take a pass at this mod shortly, I've been compiling some issues people have pointed out in the discord, so I'll see if I can figure out something with this when I go to do that

I found a small bug in the "morning routine intro" passage in the following code:

  [(set:$forget_chores_chance to 10)]
(else:)
  [(set:$forget_chores_chance to 5)]

 

The outcome will always be one of two $forget_chores_chance values. If the Intellect is lover than 6 then the value will be 10, otherwise it will be 5.

The solution is to relace the second if with an if-else, so if the Intellect is 1 or 2 it will not overwrite the result of the first check with the second check.

So it should look like this:
