Dialogue Editor for Sexlab and Devious devices

Hey all, I'm trying to build a semi-realistic hyper misogynist realm of skyrim game, so avoiding things like chain beasts, becoming a cow, etc. The thing breaking my immersion the most right now is that EVERYONE comments on standard gear like collars or cuffs even though I will literally be in a city that REQUIRES collars. Is there a patch that lets you choose what devices are commented on? I feel like I saw something kind of like that but I can't find it.

Those aren't vanilla comments. If you can't remove the mods providing those comments, you'll have to make a patch for each such mod to remove those comments. Which mods are causing those comments?
