Game keeps setting itself in novice mode?

hello, im having an issue where the game is setting itself in novice difficulty, when i disable skyUI it sets itself back to master but with skyUI on its stuck at novice, anyone has a clue what i should go?

Try this. If you use another UI reskin not covered there you'll have to find the equivalent fix for that reskin.
