Mutilated Horror Armors

So, about fifteen years back (god this game is old, huh?) I remember playing a mod that added a series of scanty 'armors' to Oblivion, including one that was three spiky bands of black metal that covered your eyes and took up your hair slot, a version that had that and a ball gag, one that peeled the skin off your back and turned it into wings, and one or two that had your character violated by tentacles. One also had a sort of halo of flesh and bone that stuck up from your shoulders, kinda  like this:

 

I remember the mod put the  in a chest in the Anvil castle courtyard.

 

Does anyone remember which mod this was?

I'm lloking to have some of the head gear converted to Remastered. I'm hoping to remake the Oldblivion mod Path of the Skullbearer, and I think the fucked-up helmet could look good on Vaerminic Crusaders.
