skse64 log entry

I've been looking at my skse64 log (kinda clueless but understand enough to be dangerous) and have run into quite a few similar entries of this basic form, where only the DLL involved changes in the various instances

 

checking plugin _fw_plugin.dll
plugin _fw_plugin.dll (00000000  00000000) no version data 0 (handle 0)

 

problem? or just some sort of notification of "No initial data provided, initialize required references/variables" sort of thing?

Check further down for another line for handle 0:

plugin AHZmoreHUDPlugin.dll (00000001 Ahzaab's moreHUD Plugin 004C9A28) loaded correctly (handle 1)

 

Edit: where "loaded correctly" would obviously be the thing you'd want to see.
