Looks like you were trying to use clothes that were not supported, or not using a patch. Thats all I can tell though.

So I did a clean mod install after this latest expansion and any character I attempt to create is coming out with an unhealthy addiction to gym time and steroids

 

Also getting a smattering of rules naked. Asia is mostly naked

 

And ideas if it's just a LO mixup? Tried to copy what you had suggested in the download page for load orders. Prowess adjusting has minimal effect to debulking, as does tweaking weight.

CFP patch works fine, Phaze Body does not have an EPE patch, only CFP + EPE, which will be updated in time after the offical CFP + EPE is

Better barber shop mod patch does not install. The rest do but that one always fails (tried redownloading and fully deleting file re adding several time it always triggers: The installation of this mod has failed. The path in the descriptor file of this mod is invalid or does not exist. I have no issue with the body those file instal dont know why the most recent file it would seem as its dated oct is the one I cant get to install 😅

Known issue, is partially a paradox one and partially one that we have just discovered we **might** be able to fix. however this is also a problem that is stated on the front page of this mods description AND on the download page itself

Im sry i meant the CFP + EPE patch. Their patch yesterday actually fucked up everything for me xD

Same here. It's made every ruler naked by default and has western european rulers wearing Mandala headgear lol. As soon as I turn off the CFP + EPE file, the characters go back to normal but I lose out on this mod's compatibility.

This mod really scratching itchy part that CBO doesn't. it may be preference difference but, its awesome.  only issue that i have is the other mods really not work smooth with this mod. but i think it would be dissolve someday in the future. it crashed few times but this is amazing.
