Is there a way to determine what armors are being modded by which files?

SkyUI can tell you.

If you open the console and click on something it will tell you what ESP is adding it into game.

Nope, it's Kaeper's mfgconsole that actually displays extensive info about an object and which .ESP is producing it.

It's also in SkyUI as well, I know because I am using it and don't even have mfgconsole installed.

Sexlab comes bundled with mfgconsole since version 1.3.1.

Whelp, that doesn't seem to help me much. The console is telling me that skyrim.esm is the mesh's source - which probably means they've been replaced the hard way by another mod, and I'll need to over-write them with defaults... and then re-install my other armor mods to make sure all *their* overwrites are working properly. Ugh I say.

Mod Organizer:

right click mod name and click "Information" then click the "Conflicts" tab

top box show files that mod is overwriting and which mod is getting overwritten

bottom box shows filenames and mod names of file overwritten by other mods

Also the Flags column of the left panel will show a yellow lightning bolt with either a plus, a minus, or both signs.
