Just the costume, you need to download Scarlet's head somewhere else, there is a seamless Scarlet head in Nexus, maybe you can use that

Same here... I have the Lemi21 dress but it comes with the bra and panties (and it replaces the basic "Planet Diving Dress 7")... And it only puts cum on the face... which mod takes off the top and bottom dress like in the picture? I think the dress name in the pictures is wrong because it's not the Lemi21 Latex Battlesuit...
