By DEFAULT the pack is pure FxF and anim will only play if both sides are marked with the "Vagina" tag. That said, you can easily edit the json to change the tag requirements to make the anims work MxF, or even MxM.

Plus you can just make it so SugarCake ignores the required tags anyway

Any .pak mod works with gamepass as long as you use retoc.

does this work with scake v 7.03 and if not where do i get the one i need, and if it does work could you telling what I'm doing wrong i cant get it to work just says missing Skelton

It only works with 0.6.18. You'd have to look for someone else who chose to update the animations of their own volition otherwise.
