Otherwise the animations are in the overwrite folder, which should be at the button. Goto executable s and there is an option "create files in mod directory"... Spoiler Mine is in German, its the 2nd option beneath the start parameters. Generally, I think you are loading an animation pack that is not compatible. But thats just a hunch based on your extensive list.

If that works, activate mods in small chunks until you run into the problem again to deduct the cause. It can be a load order issue something overwriting the skeleton which shouldn't or you have an incompatible animation installed. Run Pandora every time you change your animations.
