Shiny and weird skin on some female sims

Hello perfect community, 

I have this issue sometimes on some sims, they transform into something shiny. Do you know what can cause this? I'm using, as you can imagine, a lot of mode. Maybe it's a skin tone? Thanks for your help ❤️  https://postimg.cc/62SQg01x

Happens to me also and it's usually bad cc clothing or cc hairstyles but I can only see it live in game.

Just keep trying different outfits and/or using EA items only.

If it's a skin try finding a newer version.
