Captured slaves. not sure how to free them??

Hello. 

 

I am experiencing something new and a bit odd. I have for some time been running a mod that places random male and female captured people that i can unlock from their binds etc and choose to set free or have them come work at settlements. Usually i walk up and i can go into a short convo with one of them being to free them.

 

I am not sure which mod i updated or added but now i do not get an option to set them free. all i get are " no sorry, i cant help you right now, its none of my business'. I am guessing maybe i have to do something or activate something to free them? i did kill all enemies in the area so there is no hostility close by. and i haven't yet seem any keys on any dead bandits. 

 

Anyone know what mod is doing this or how to help them?

 

At the moment i haven't had or found any option  that allows me to free them.

Weiß jemand, welcher Mod das macht oder wie man ihm helfen kann?

 

Im Moment habe ich keine Möglichkeit gehabt oder gefunden, sie freizugeben.

 

It's difficult to help someone when they don't even specify the name of the mod they've installed.

If you're bound or handcuffed you cannot help them.
If you removed a devious device via the console, you forked up and need to craft & equip the same type of restraint and remove it correctly. Tip: manipulate the locks.

If another mod removed restraints, it may have glitched in basically the same way. Fix is as above.
