What's the difference between rigged and non-rigged genitals?

Haven't been playing sims in quite a while so i'm not sure my answer is correct but from what it sounds like my guess would be "with genitals" there's a actual slit in the mesh and "non-rigged" would be just texture 🤔

 

Maybe someone can confirm that or correct me ~

Rigged just simply means that a mesh/model can be animated. For example, a rigged penis means that the penis can be animated to be erect or to go flaccid, whereas a rigged vagina means it'll open up when it's penetrated or close when it's not.
