Stuck with a permanent active magic effect "Resist all"

I don't  know what is causing it or how to get rid of it...

Have you tried taking a cure disease potion (vendor, or Add-Item-Menu or Modex, or whatever), or cast the cure spell? You done got a sickness! (attack/battle with wolf, bear, sabertooth etc)

 

PS> it's not the only disease you can get either, so keep a watch on your stats.

You could try More Informative Console to inspect your character's current active effects and learn exactly from what mod that effect came from.

This would only remove magic effects marked red in SkyUI. The resistances that seem to be an issue are not diseases.

...keeping in mind that if you remove the mod, the magic effects will remain. Removing magic effects, depending on how they're added, may require doing it from Papyrus. Identifying which mod its coming from is the first step though so, +1.

 Turns out my Battlefuck mod broke and caused it. The mod's MCM stopped working and the effect was removed when I removed the mod. I was trying to add in a custom hand-to-hand perk tree and I think that broke it, which sucks cause the perks didn't even work. I'm guessing they were incompatiable with Ordinator perks.
I removed them and reinstalled battlefuck. Back to working order. but No hand-to-hand perks I was hoping to make an unarmed focused character
