Skyrim/No sex animations just standing

When I activate a sex animation nothing happens,my characters just stand there and moan. HELP

Have you installed complete Sexlab and its pre-requisite?

Have you run FNIS after install any animation related mod?

It usually means there's a problem either in setup for the animation sequence, OR a problem in the animations or "system"

 

For the former, try using the realign animation key  (in SL it's hotkey "[" by default) . Sometimes SL glitches during setup and the first stage doesn't fire up correctly, (leading to that dry humping while standing thing)

 

for the latter, it could be an issue with SKSE failing, collective system lag, a bad animation (a few are totally f'd imo), etc, so it's pretty subjective.
