How do I stop flickering belly bulges in animations?

Yeah, as the title says, the belly bulges flicker like crazy and I'm not sure what's going on. 

 

Relevant Mods (I assume?):

CBBE 3BA + CBBE

CBPC + FSMP

Expressive Facegen Morphs + Expressive Facial Animations (Both Genders)

OBody NG

High Poly Head SE

Ocreatures (+dependencies)

I've searched all over the forum and I did find some solutions, but none of them work for me (or maybe I didn't do it correctly). So yeah, maybe one of you guys can help me, TYSM.

Have a look on the 3BA page or the CBPC page on Nexus. One of them instructions on how to alter or disable belly movement.

increase damping in the belly settings file .

where to find said file ? check the mod pages like grey cloud said above
