Something like defeat, but it works with Ostim Standalone, and it's the NPCs getting railed.

Just at the top of my head, SexLabs Defeat and Pama's Deadly furniture have it. 
I'm just looking for something compatible with Ostim Standalone.

Unfortunately I don't think you're going to find something like that, out the box, for OStim Standalone. You could try using the Sexlab to Ostim mod and perhaps one of the defeat mods you'd need would work that way? TBH it seems like it'd be easier just to use Sexlab for that, however. That's what I ended up doing -- using Ostim for some mods and Sexlab for others.
