This game looks fantastic and the girls are super cute! I've had my eye on this for a while. Hopefully modding takes off.

Qt Maelle makes my heart melt, I don't even remember when I last saw an attractive teen girl in a western game, but she's wearing painfully too much clothes, won't touch the game until mods at least remove the rear flip-flap piece from her outfit

It's a UE5 game so I expect mods very quickly for this one, but hopefully it's popular enough that high quality mods some out instead of the quick & easy ones with little effort since UE5 lets you transfer models and textures so easily between games.

Certainly hope it gets good mods, if only because that'll mean the game was succesfull. And who doesn't like more cool armor? 

 

MS shadowdropping Oblivion onto Gamepass, on a Tuesday, a day and a half before this game which they'd also been trying to hype releases on Gamepass, might have been a bit of sabotage. Open-world CRPG and JRPG aren't the same genre but they're close enough it'll have an effect.

 

Still, keeping my eye on it. Review embargo lifts soon. Hope Sandfall stuck the landing!

Maybe this game will win an award in year 2025, in some category, be it Best Soundtrack, Best Graphics, or Best Creative Idea, I think so. Let’s see at the end of the year.

 

Even Oblivion won Best Game Remake too, I hope so.

 

I’m sad that Starfield has both fans and haters, because the content in the game is so little that it can easily get boring. But it’s good to have a mod community.

That's already an option in the game.

Yeah the game has alot of accessibility options, for people with motion sickness, etc.

 

As said above you can disable QTE, but only for attacks. Defense and parry are still on, but if you play on Story difficulty you don't need them either.

Don't play the game that's tagged "jrpg" if you hate turn based combat, this game was made by French weebs who love jrpgs and this is more or less the first western take on the genre (few crappy indies aside), not every game has to be catered to you. And jrpgs can be fun if you invest time into learning its mechanics and rules.

As for mods, I'll be eagerly awaiting what community can make with Maelle's model, though considering her canon age i shouldn't even be wasting my time with nexus, I'll be frequenting this thread and couple other websites, cheers, guys! And don't turn this thread into pointless argument. If you have tried the game and have thoughts on it (not complaints from zoomers), I'll be happy to hear them too, because i don't have time to play it myself currently.

Have it on Xbox and my brother started playing it. Looks fun so far, with a very heavy emotional impact given the plot.

As for Maelle's point, make the models look more mature so that there will be no annoying problems.

 

I've seen other games with child characters that solved the problem by adjusting the models to look a little more mature.

 

The game doesn't use real faces, it's just a fictional imaginary thing in the game.

Or make her look the same. There are petite adult women. Just say your mod is 18. DONE. It's not like she is 6yo or anything.

There's a nude mod for Lune on Patreon but it's locked behind a paywall so I can't see what sort of quality it is.

From other communities, there was either a Hogwarts Legacy mod or the Resident Evil Village “Winters’ Expansion” DLC, Rose Winter’s model was made to look a bit more mature, even though the in-game information says she’s only 16.
