Missing Sexlab.esm file in mod loader

LOOT is telling me im missing the Sexlab.esm file as well as the creatureframework.esm even though I have verified they are present in the game folder. I can unpacked the mods to my skyrim folder as well as trying to unpack directly to MO2 and it just wont recognize the files presence. If there is anything i can post to help solve I can.

There is the game folder which is where Skyrim.exe lives and there is the Data folder where the game files live. If you are using MO2 neither of these is where Sexlab or any mod should be. Sexlab is installed by MO2 just like any other mod. If you do not know how to use your mod manager then you are royally screwed.
