disable autosaving !        it is not a real solution as your probleme is alway here you wil always crash

do as Fejeena said  use BOSS       and   MBP  needs     wray bash   to be merged   you can do it with tes4edit (no tutorials = self awareness good luck)

the best is to remove all mods by unchecking them leave the essencial   and try your game with new start

-than activate mod by mod (masters first)  and see in what point it is crashing  you may find the culprit.

it might be that some esp needs an update you may check this also.

Could also be the fault of one or several 'dirty' mods you have installed that need cleaning in 'TES4Edit'. After running BOSS the software lists all plugins and their dirty edits some are known to be littered with. Might be worth a try to check those mods one by one according to the directions in this guide.

You'd be surprised how many mods, even high-profile ones, are suffering from those 'wild' or 'dirty' edits. Some are rather harmless and don't affect the game much, others have the power to literally cripple it on a profound level. CTD upon fast travel is such a case.

Night travel ban :D

If you have no new Mods and has not changes things in the Oblivion INI you have no Mod that can cause the Problem.

I do not use the Unofficial patches but I think they are not the Problem but try the game without the Unofficial patches ( deactivate, not deinstall them. Oblivion Citadel Door Fix.esp, Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.esp, Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp, USIPS Additional Changes.esp, UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp )

If the Problem is gone activate one by one and test your game until you find the "bad" Mod.

If the problem is not resolved without the Unofficial patches....? don't know. Clean all mods ( esp, esm) with Tes4Edit. Or install a fresh Oblivion INI ( delete your Oblivion INI and install Oblivion again. New Installation does not overwrite a existing INI ! First delete the INI then install Oblivion)

Simple solution do not travel at night. ;)
