Nemesis 6002 error on high animations

There are buncha fixes for Error 6002 on  nemesis but none worked for me, it's not antivirus, compatiblity ... .

 

It was fine on 30-40k animations (I extended limit from 20k to 200k animations in ini file) for like 6 months and a downloaded a few thousands animations lately, then the problem occoured, the worst part is it errors on any value more than 20k animations, even when I disabled the newly added anims, the problem still occoured
