My load order

I am relatively new to Skyrim and adding mods. I have asked for help a few times and everyone has been very helpful so far, so thank you all for that! I do still have a few small glitches like childrens heads being really huge, or adult and childrens heads being a different color than their body, guards armor in riften is invisible, so they are floating heads and hands. So what I was wondering, and I know it is asking a lot, but could someone pretty please give me a better load order so I wouldnt have so many glitches? Here is what I have and what order it is in.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6/? boss will help with load order things that it doesn't sort out have to be manually moved TES5Edit http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?download this install it run it after boss whenever it hits a error it will stop read the bottom right hand box to see the cause fix it close tes5edit and repeat till tes5edit loads everything up and finishes without stopping.
