Mod-Friendly "Adult Only" Titles?

Good day!  My Google-Fu skills are entirely lacking here.  I've come up pretty empty-handed when attempting to search for mod-friendly "adult only" titles here.  I'm reasonably certain that quite a few exist, as there seems to be no end to the wide variety of "adult only" gaming titles and related videos online.  Have I completely missed any obvious sub-forums or stickied threads that might be specific to this sort of thing?  I didn't catch any of the threads here suggesting that it would be very difficult to find such things here.  Is it extremely rare that "adult only" titles are made mod friendly?  Or are the costs involved significantly higher for this genre?  Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

There are no games like that. We either have to mod it in or it's less a game and more flatout porn.

I think the reason why those that do exist aren't mod friendly is becasue there simply is not much actual game to work with.

 

The most adult game might be Conan Exiles but it has no native sex either and the mod is outdated.

 

I too would like an actual multiplayer game like that but so far sex is too taboo to have such a game make enough money to justify the investment.

The porn game with the highest production value is probably Subverse but even that is more a voiced visual novel. I would not have bought it for the gameplay alone.

The only adult games that have a semi-active modding community is probably Artificial Academy 2 and Heroine Rumble 2, and both of them are pretty limited still.

 

It's true that there just isn't usually much "game" when it comes to adult games. One day, somebody might actually put some time in to build a really solid game foundation and then incorporate adult elements on top of that framework, but right now there really isn't much.

Karryn's Prison has a fair amount of mods. The main issue with making mods for it is the porn aspects would require drawing a bunch of poses/costumes. What's left outside of the porn is just a lite prison management game/stat tree. There's also something like Celesphonia, but the mods there are on the smaller side. Like the others said, a lot of adult games put most of the focus on the porn with passable gameplay.

 

Erotic elements are pretty hard to integrate into genuinely fun gameplay, especially when adult games don't make as much money compared to sfw alternatives.

Beat Banger is pretty much one of the only options that one has, being

1. a legitimate entrant in its genre (rhythm game) rather than a visual novel with minimal interactivity or a matching tile game.

2. A game with an active modding community despite it technically being in Early Access (which, in this case, means that more content is being developed and what is there is being refined but it is complete enough to do a full plat through).

The closest thing that Sakura Dungeon (a legitimate dungeon crawler with 'Yuri' content) had to a mod (the uncensor patch) is obsolete now that Steam allows uncut adult games so that one is a no-go as far as modding in its entirety.
