It's a fine thing to discuss in text but Id hate for modding news to get drowned out by constant picture spam. Even if they are nice source filmmaker pictures by talented people, it makes searching the thread for mods later a pain because you stop at pictures because they usually accompany a mod.

We are making progress! Does anyone here know how to get the modloader working on the steam deck? i put in in and nothing happens, Mortal kombat 1 had a launch option that allowed mods to load, So im hoping someone can find something like that here

Well maybe black would look cooler? or some texts on the upper section to make it more like an actual outfit, sexy outfits  are not doable yet because of the lack of tools I read, they are only playing with the things that exist in the game itself (I hope I'm wrong)

Problems comes from mesh modding 

Actually it's not possible to edit clothes, add outfits/sexy clothes.

Personally, I'd really be interested in a mod that makes Ellie and Dina nude in the weed den - basically only replacing their underwear skins.  Just enough to add a bit of immersion without feeling gratuitous.

The underwear version of Ellie has modeled nipples, but they're not textured. It's possible the mode from the scene where she is topless is textured differently. You can checkout the underwear model using this link, select the 360 view and the the "{ }" icon and deselect the model for her underwear:
