Is there a way to make it do minimal damage and not cause the basic blood/cut decals, but instead the whip marks from Paradise Halls w/ whip strike sound effects?

am I the only person getting issues? :/ I got dragonborn DLC but when I have the whips out they get long trails away from them even if im not attacking..

I was wondering if it's possible to make an enchantable version of this whip?

I've tried to edit the whip in TES5Edit and got rid of the enchantment, but it also lost its visuals during whipping :(

Hi Terrarium,

Can you hint me on how you removed the enchantmetns? I want an unenchanted version of this doing minimum damage.

P.S. So far, I managed to remove the magic effect from the whip and the magic visuals but kept the animation of the whip itself intact. 

I deleted the skrip responsible for the stamina absorbtion ("virtual machine adapter") from TS_WhipMGEF.

I also deleted all shaders but TS_WhipEnchShader01 from TS_WhipMGEF.

Actually, the enchantment is still there, but I reduced its effect to 0 (Magnitude) in TS_WhipEnchant. 

To be on the safe side, I also set all alpha values in TS_WhipEnchShader01 to 0 to make all effects transparent. 

As a result, I got an animated flying whip but no magic effect visuals on hit. 

Still, making it enchantable is beyond my noobish modding skills. 

If you care, here is the .esp I edited (Only one type of the whip there).

Someone has stolen this mod and put it on Nexus.

Not only that, but he has made Patreon account when it is "his" only mod.

 

I have reported him, but nothing has been done. My comment has been deleted and I have been banned from mod author's page.
