Skyrim SE 1.5.97 Racemenu v0-4-16: Sculpt resets on reloading save.

Good day,

I am running into an issue I haven't experienced yet. Googling & using search engine on LL got me similar problems of Racemenu resetting changes upon reloading a save, but those seem to be based on Morphs sliders. The fix for that was using the newest version of FSMP (which I have), so the cause of my problem is something else entirely.

Script load was also mentioned as a potential cause, but Resaver doesn't show any problems + it also happens within the starting cell using "Alternate Perspective".

Perhaps someone experienced this issue before and knows a solution for it. Otherwise I may need to ignore it or go through a lot of mods to find the cause.

I assume you're on the newest version of the game, with the newest version of RaceMenu. Unfortunately the newer versions (for 1.6.*) have had weird issues with consistency, like morphs only updating when clothes are changed. There's 2 things I'd start with, but if its neither of them I'd be leaning towards this being an issue with RM:

  1. Updating or otherwise changing the version of FSMP, like you already mentioned.
  2. Disabling memory allocators in Engine Fixes SSE.

Edit: Just noticed your title. Nevermind.

If it has anything to do with RM and the engine fixes settings, there has been a workaround for months now. I think the first instance was compiled from the original RM github project and released without permission, there is another fix here. Might be worth a try.

Nice, not relevant for me as I'm on 1.5.97 with a working RM, but I downloaded regardless. Things like these have a tendency to disappear.
