Breastmilk and lactation mod for WickedWhims?

Yes I'm aware of the devious desires module for this but I'd rather use wickedwhims because it seems to be less laggy and more compatible with other things based on my experience. I've been having significant difficulty with simulation lag with devious desires sadly but I really REALLY want the lactation/penis milking mechanics. Are there ANY alternatives within wickedwhims?

Only WW-compatible thing I know of is the "Milking Machine" from Kritical's collection of stuff, which has a rather basic form of lactation and milking. No penis stuff or breastfeeding, though, but the game runs smoothly and you don't have to live with the Cain's mark of using DD (which, to my knowledge, is one of the few mods on the "blacklist", meaning that EA will block your account and communities like the MCCC Discord server will kick you out if it shows up in some error report you submit or you mention that you're using it).

 

EDIT: Actually, you can have a simple form of penis milking in your game as well if you have Nisa's Wicked Perversions installed. There are special condoms you can order via the Tam explorer on the computer and the one called "Milky Way" will allow you to catch a Sim's load, automatically storing it in a "cup" which can be found in the inventory of either your Sim or the one that has been milked. It can then be used to get another Sim pregnant (required "tool" available for purchase as well) or you can have a Sim drink it (ethically sourced drinkable material available for purchase as well).

Cumshine also has a thing or two along those lines, but it's less of a milking mechanic and (as of writing this) in need of an update following the July 1 game patch. Still worth checking out perhaps.
