Okay so looked at the spider and chaurus animations from billy and they dont contain either the petite or the sfC tags. What i want scaler to do is ignore the chaurus and spider animations and not scale either actor at all. just keep them their vanilla regular size for the scene. I did download S.L.A.T.E but i dont know what to do from her. i just want those animations to be ignored for scaling.

Well, the scaler fires off "petite", "shota", "sf", "sm" (small female/small male, as opposed to F/M for standard tagging) variants.  The scaler option to adjust tags goes through and makes sure appropriate tags are in place in relevant animations.  So absent the tags, they shouldn't be getting re-scaled...  Confirm you were looking at tags for the petite animations?

Again, the SLATE/tag option is (in my opinion) the less ideal option.  You can see what a non-scaled petite animation looks like by un-doing the scale in a running animation.

During an animation, open up the console, and select an actor.  You can manually inspect/adjust the scale of any actor via console.

"getscale" - will display the current scaled size of the selected actor (and its normal scale).

"setscale" - allows you to manually set the size of the selected actor.

So if you have an animation you don't want scaled, you can un-scale it.  For example, you've got a spider/petite animation running:

open console, select your actor, and type "getscale" to confirm it is your actor that was adjusted (depends on animation and your settings who/what gets auto-scaled).  If it comes back .80 (or similar), then you've scaled - if 1.0, the other scaled up likely (confirm which).  Then you can "setscale 1" on yourself/target that wants to be reset to normal size.  Scales may revert on stage change, and all will reset at the end of the animation.

You'll see how the animation now looks distorted due to the animators actor scale intent (some more pronounced than others).  This is why I'd recommend just disabling the petite animations you don't like.  Manual SLATE tag edits can be pretty tedious, but you can build a tag file to import if you nail down what you want to do, and import changes.  Not sure how deep into the weeds you want to get though.  :)
