Mod on GOG

I got Skyrim with the cheapness on GOG

 

I want to Mod it again but I am not sure what the process is and if I need anything different as far as specific mods or process or anything.

 

I saw a couple confusing youtube vids, but i honesty prefer text instruction, or "this is how I did it" kind of stuff.

it's the same as SE just with different dll files

apart from that everything else can be found on there own mod pages.(Skyrim Script Extender, Address Library for SKSE Plugins, SexLab Framework, JContainers)

So i got the minimum stuff (skse, etc) and when i try to run Skyrim it says I have the wrong SKSE, and directs me to get it for SE, AE, theb GOG, then repearmts over and over...?
