Need help on adding a wig into racemenu selections

Does anyone have any idea on how to convert a wig into a usable racemenu hair? There is a standalone wig that looks good, but I'm not a big fan of wigs and was wondering what I had to do to change it from an ARMO to a HDPT. I'm not even sure if I'm using those terms correctly, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to use SSE Nif optimizer or Armo_2_HDPT_Converter. I tried messing around in sseedit and it completely destroyed a hair from a different mod. The mod I've been trying to convert is Aerith Hair by Cloud. It has been taken down I believe, but I do have the file if it is neccessary.

Take a look at the chapter Hair and Hairline from 20:50.  Pause the video to watch everything properly. Maybe it will help you understand
