crash Crashing when i click "yes" to fast travel and on cell changes

As the title says, I'm crashing after agreeing to fast travel with the map, and when i leave / enter cells eg. High wrothgar, labyrinthian, whiterun.

any help or pointers to where to look would be appreciated!

Same issue as here.

 

You have 1100 errors about missing scripts and properties. Sort out your Papyrus situation and things should start working.

I've been reading the logs and trying things out, and so far im having good results. I increased papyrus' max ops per frame as per SUM instructions and so far no crashes  might just be delaying the inevitable
