MH RISE had mods for gestures, where you can have your characters do sexy dances. Still waiting for the day someone ports that over to MH wilds. Or better yet, a masturbation gesture for female characters. Not sure how difficult that will be though.

The pose mods are all linked. It's a custom pose from fiddling with the poser, the third link is a video that goes in depth on how to work it. Unless you are wondering about the outfit, which is a mash of Ver. It seems to be broken. Some mods still work, but the modded torso will not have textures in the game. Of course, some mods will freeze on the home screen after the various logos are activated.

 

Unfortunately, it's hard to find a nude mod for the living npc right now.

can anyone fix this mod? its a heavy bowgun sniper/minigun mod that stopped working a while ago causing my character to to dissapear if i equip a heavy bowgun and soft lock on loading screens, but it was so peak when it worked

It's not a perfect solution, but for people who want to make NPC's nude you can use https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterwilds/mods/2067 then just combine it with some other mod that turns the innerwear nude such as Ver R. or the mod mentions Arsinia base body. (find what you like)  It does state in the description some characters and wyverians have issues.
