If Pirate Yakuza is like the other games in the series you'll need to install Ryu Mod Manager: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/743?tab=description Instructions for RMM installation are on the page I linked. After that to install mods: 1)Run RMM once to create a mods folder. 2)Drop extracted mods into the newly created mods folder. 3)Run RMM again to install mods, done.
