Why in the world is the yakuza modding scene like this? every topic just has deleted mods, drama and patreon paywalls. Is that really how the modding scene here is supposed to be? Because if so then the nsfw modding scene for the franchise is pretty much dead in the water, which makes me sad. Every game has such great potential for mods, and the people making the mods do incredible work. I've tried modding myself, and it's far beyond my capacity, so i have much respect for those who go through the entire process, but to see so much drama and deleted mods in topic on topic makes me lose hope for the nsfw modding scene for the yakuza franchise

You're a couple years too late, I'm afraid. Bad actors, terrible stewardship, and in-fighting killed the community years ago. Your best bet is to try to commission mods these days. Maybe Kiwami 3 will revive the community next year, but I doubt it.

To be honest, I wish people would just post mods here or even on Nexus. Discord is terrible for accessibility and even worse for preservation. The worst part is that there's probably ready-to-use mods for this game and others in the series that haven't been released due to creators not having an obvious place to upload them.

Hey, I know no one has touched this thread for a bit.

But I am hitting this up because I wanted to make nude mods in this game.

 

When looking at the files in the par, first problem I encountered was that it looked like there was a top and bottom of every character.

 

I'd like to figure out how to first get the models into Blender, then maybe, just maybe, I can edit them to be nude.

 

 

 

Theres top models, bottom models, and everything.

I am pretty new to modding but I'd like to make my own mods really soon.

Let me know if you guys can help.

Dragon Engine Games is a Very Easy for Modding, also include texture body in same game and only CTRL+J and done.

But in the thread is created te nude mod for all womens. ¿i cant need womans unmodded?

You say Dragon Engine games are easy to mod, but I looked and there was nothing about modding this game. I saw videos about modding Yakuza 0 and Kiwami, but this one... I have no clue which gmd to use. If we're gonna get another Moana nude model, I need a little help I think.

guide for LAD games modding. u need the neo yakuza importer that takes in .gmd files into blender

 

u might also want to try too peek at n reverse engineer existing mods also

I will try, but I don't know how to reverse engineer them yet.  I'll look into it. I didn't know there was a new importer. Huh.

I don't have your Moana mod. I am surprised there was one other than the one from that Juan dude. I am not sure who has them, but if someone does, please upload them again.

Hey everyone! After spending some time playing around in Blender, I decided to dip my toes into modding. Since I just started playing LAD Pirate Yakuza, I figured: why not? I grabbed the files from the previously uploaded zip file "nude_pirate_woman" and used the body mesh and textures as a base to tweak Moana, making her topless instead of fully nude... I went with this style because I generally prefer sexy/skimpy mods over completely naked ones. I even tried messing with the clothing mesh for a more skimpy version, but my time is tight and my skills are still sharpening up... Also because of that, there might be some bugs here and there.

 

I plan to keep making skimpy/sexy mods for other characters as I progress through the game, but no promises... My weekdays only give me about 4 hours split between modding, playing, studying 3D sculpting, and programming... But if I do any other "edits", I'll drop the file here if anyone likes it...

 

Drop a comment if you spot any issues or just want to say thanks. Hope you guys enjoy it!

 

(I do believe that if you guys install the .zip file through RMM, it should work)

 

EDIT 09/06 (dd/mm): Updated skin texture so it matches the head, at some scenes the difference was more visible... Updated the attached zip file "Topless Moana.rar"

EDIT 09/06 (dd/mm) 2: Sorry, made nipples a bit more smooth, edges were too "hard" on the last version, probably won't be editing/updating this file of Moana anymore (unless requested)

I never gave anyone the green light to use my meshes or mods to crank out new ones — especially not without asking first. So I’m politely telling you to knock it off. It’s seriously uncool seeing your hard work get hijacked as the base for mods you never signed off on.

Ok, my bad, I apologize, I removed the files from the other post… I thought it would be no big deal since the other mods are nowhere to be found and I believe that in the file that is available doesn’t even have a Moana mod and also not charging for it or anything or even calling it my own creation… Anyway, I completely agree with you,I guess I was excited that I made it work and a bit tired from work and approached it in the wrong way… I should have asked for permission first… Again, I’m sorry!
