I don't quite understand. Milfy ended development years ago. Materna Exalta was the newer version and already had no horse content.
As for "Fetishes" which is the carnalitas deviant feature you are referring to, that is basically a full mod's worth of work to turn into something proper as there is zero content for it right now.

Version 4 "Slut of War" Update

The Slut trait has been in additional degeneracy since the start, but has not received much new content. That changes now! Slut of war is an ongoing effort to combine the ideas of what the Slut trait represents with... Commanding Armies? Yeah, maybe not the first thing you would have thought, but it ties in well with CK3 as a whole. If it helps, there are also some new regular slut events. Big thanks to ShalolaAuthor for some bug fixing, translation patches and coding.

 

• New Slut Events
  • Travelling event where you can choose to be a bad mother in favour of hooking up
  • Cheating event where some commoner tempts you from your husband
  • Lesbian event where you try and convert your hetro/asexual friend
  • AI Sluts might sleep around with their husband's council, but they might come clean, maybe
  • As a slut ruler, you can decided to use your body to improve vassal loyalty
• New armyrandom event when commanding as a slut to "reward" your officers
  • Doing this will open up a new Story Cycle making use of the situations window
  • This story cycle tracks your progression and reputation as an "alternative" commander
  • Periodic events relating to your new training methods (only about 4 right now)
  • A new decision to give a knight in your army some one on one attention
• A new event for the Horse Thoughts event pool
• Meritocratic Khanate now also triggers horse content
• Numerous new translations

Sounds great. Haven't used the slut trait in quite some time, but I'm excited to try it out again.

i'm not sure if i'm doing it right but i'm not getting any of the army events i have the slut trait (maxed out to slut wife) but it's not doing anything and yet to succeed with the Use your body for loyalty event it's failed everytime so i'm a bit confused

The army events are gated by a single event that is a bit rare to trigger, the more you march your army the higher the chance.
Using your body for loyalty takes things like faith and opinion about cheating in mind for the target.

Will you be adding ways to more consistently gain the slut trait? I've never gotten it naturally myself. Maybe a tradition or dynasty legacy if its easy to add?

Not sure what other ways even make sense.
Right now its randomly seeded to some people like a personality trait.
You can choose it in Create a Character.

So far, it definetely feels like an improvement, and I haven't noticed any bugs with it. Maybe the slut trait could have more than one path? Not sure what that would be though. 

A different thing: do the puffy labia and puffy anus do anything gameplay wise, other than the minor stats?

I have also played a bit of your own game, and it's a nice concept, and I am excited for further development.

I've played for about 100 years as a byzantine family with the milk building in the manor, is there anything that prevents the peddler from appearing? I haven't seen that event once. (ver 3)

Maybe it is bugged?
You can test if it shows up as a landless camp instead.

Tested another 50 years (on 4.0 this time), no peddler showing up as adventurer even with maxed out building. Level 2 with all 3 possible sub buildings built, 20+ milk artifacts in inventory. I got a slut of war event, wished they happened more often after saying yes to the first one but alas. Is there a expansion dependency? I have wandering nobles but not khans of the steppe.

Do the new congenital traits work the same as the regular ones in that they are guaranteed to be inherited when both parents have them? Or is there a max percent chance even if you stack all the modifiers like blood perks and the futa fertility medalion?
