I have installed this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/118576?tab=description mod from nexus But her eyes are looking very weird when near a light source. Her eyelids and eyelashes doesn't seem to fit together. My question is there anyway for me to fix this issue on my own cuz author of the mod doesn't provide support.

I have a two part blog entry (see below) which describes the basics of doing the simple things. From what I can tell you might be best served by just using the second part and remaking her face entirely.

But I don't think I can recreate the same or a better face for her from scratch. Isn't there any other way to just fix eyelids?

Which version did you download?  The one that has its own textures and skeleton or the one that uses defaults?  There are two versions for download on that mod page.

1.  You can try the other version unless you've already tried them both.

2.  You can copy the NPC's facegen .nif to your \SKSE\Plugins\Chargen folder then try to create a female nord that uses the same weight as that follower then import the head mesh.  If the misalignment occurs then there is an incompatibility between the head mesh and your game.  The author may have failed to list all the requirements needed in order to make the character look the same as in their game.

3.  After attempting step 2 above, try changing the eyes to a non-heterocrhomia color to see if the problem resolves.  Heterochromia and non-heterochromia eyes use different sets of .nif files for the eyes and if there's bad sculpt data in the head mesh or preset it will cause misalignment.  Its also not clear to me which head mesh the author used to create the NPC since it's not mentioned.  I haven't downloaded it, but it could be High Poly Head, Citrus Head, Charmers of the Reach (although I doubt that), default or the ECE variant of the default femalehead.nif.  Citrus head had an issue with morph or weighting at the eyelids and it was never resolved by the author.

4.  If you're able to achieve some level of success with the steps outlined above, export your head mesh in Racemenu's sculpt tab.  Then exit the game and use NifMerge to merge the head and eye parts to the facegen .nif used by the mod (installed at \meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\[mod name folder]\[formid].nif.
