Gameplay debt, bartering and settler theft

Sole Survivor is pretty powerful by mid level so, I am looking for specific or combination of mods that add:

- Putting the Player in debt to services, or settlements.
- Settlers being kidnapped and the Player having to barter or sell themselves to free them.
- Raider extortion ^
- Player having to regularly pay up or deliver goods to a boss

Just can't put my finger on it, seems like this is already possible as Raider Pet at least has the quest given by the wimpy guy in Sanctuary.
