it looks like one of mod that i use cause this. and yes its in-game. just something like pop up notification that warn me to at least update sexoutNG after june 2015 "as i remember" before giving report regarding error

and as for plugin plus, it breaks some of my mods as well and one of that regarding UI Mod that i have although the UI it self doesn't have mcm menu. it seems other than mcm, plugin plus has problem with how the UI work and clashing each other

I'm sure this notification comes from a very old mod that is unable to check the version of SexoutNG (or doesn't check it properly).
If you can tell me what this mod is, I'll update it.

So this may be more of an issue between FOSE's UI functions (GetUIFloat, SetUIFloat, GetUIString, etc.) and Plugin Plus. MCM and mods that require MCM make extensive use of these FOSE UI functions. But some mods simply need to manage in-game UIs and therefore use these functions without needing an MCM menu. 

FOSE is part of NVSE, so this would be a problem between NVSE and Plugin Plus.
