CBPC config in RaceMenu auto resize

I don't want to create CBPC config (3BBB=3BA) for each body preset, and I would like to know if it's possible to set CBPC in RaceMenu = OBody? Like I change bodies in the game itself, not through BodySlide Studio, and I would like to know if it's possible to make that invisible coliseum change automatically in the game when you change boob size?
Maybe there is a special mod?

It is possible to tie CBPC changes to oBody, but I'm pretty sure the implementation I've seen does require a different CBPC set for each body rather than a racemenu or dynamic change.  Not sure how your idea would be implemented.

The problem is that OBody HotSwap adjusts the CBPC collision to the body it supports, I tested this mod yesterday and it doesn't work as well as the regular CBPC config from the same author
