Great mod, by the way. Used a lot in the past. Maybe you can expand on background stories, like starting with a sister/brother/childhood friend companion, having a family home with your parents.

The non dragon born storyline is all about reconnecting with your parents. And is the one where I had a possible idea for an LL-exclusive part.

I see. And yeah, I played through that questline at the time until I found the mother. It wasn't complete I think.

 

Was just giving an idea for maybe a dragonborn storyline as an option, in which you already live with your family and perhaps they trained your character to justify the default skills the PC has when you start the game, something like that.

Ooh, that gives me an idea of dialogue to choose your family members, including species. Would take some time to build.

I love the mod so far, but I can't seem to find the guy at dragon search for the quest for the house. It was right after the quest to get the dragonstone. (sorry i don't remember the names 😂)

sorry, not sure what you mean. are you on the "i own a house" questline or do you mean the non-dragonborn questline?

Its when you select i own property in whiterun on the statue, and when you go downstairs you see a guy there trying to evict you so you have to go to solitude to talk to some guy

okay, i did a quick runthrough up to this point. at whiterun, you need to talk to Irileth.

I just finished the quest 😂 there's the same issue with Proventus not being marked. But I can't seem to add upgrades to breeze home after that quest.

My mod does nothing but add NPCs. It does not touch anything that would affect upgrades. That might be an issue with whichever alternate start mod you are using.

Hmm, probably on my end since that's usually my luck 😂. oh I'm doing the find your parents quest, and the lady said I had to be level 15. so I leveled up my pc to 16 and it doesn't complete the quest stage. Do I have to talk to her for that? It's been a few hours since I played and I forgot all the names again lol

Yeah, just talk to Anakath again. I didn't put a quest marker on her because she's in the same place and it would be weird and annoying to have a quest marker to a quest that can't be completed until later.

I can't stop laughing  with the dialog 😂, This mod is amazing! I can't wait to see where you take it. I'm currently stuck at the outside entrance of the reeking cave, as I walk in the ui disappears and I can't see the pause menu. it comes back after I COC to somewhere. I managed to get in the cave with "coc thalmorembassy05" but the quest marker is still at the exit. could I get the command to advance the quest? I think it might be on my end, and I'm loving this quest so far and don't want to stop. Thanks

You don't want to miss your first meeting with your mother.So I would suggest just COCing into the embassy. Keep trying until it puts you somewhere other than the cave.

It isn't clear what is what you need to do there. maybe I will make a separate quest for "find a way to gain entry" so I can put the quest marker on that corpse. My basic assumption is just that everyone will always loot every corpse they come to, but that doesn't make it clear

Hello. Thank you for this mod, I like stories where the hero has a secret origin or pedigree. But I can't do something. I play with Skyrim Unbound Reborn, I installed your mod in the download after it. I chose Unbound Non-Dragonborn in the settings. On the map, house is checked and Malin is standing next to it, but I can't have a dialogue with him. He says something like hmm, yes, and that's it. Did I do something wrong?

Right now, Mallin won't start the non-dragonborn quest unless you go to him after starting one of the other scenarios. I'm not sure why - I haven't been able to fix it. For now, fast travel to one of the other starts (there are map markers for them. Steamcrag or the Bee and Barb in Riften would be the quickest) and play out those, then fast travel back to the shack.
